The full-automatic mineral insulated fireproof cable production line adopts the most advanced PLC control program from the conductor extrusion and diameter reduction program, the switching value logic control, the extrusion temperature, pressure and other data collection and data processing, etc. The man-machine interface and complete communication equipment guarantee the qualified rate of the product to a greater extent. The company actively responds to the government's environmental protection requirements and adopts new technologies for energy saving and emission reduction. The power supply used in production is 380V three-phase power supply, and the operating cost is at least 60% energy saving compared with the peer process. The production line adopts BTTZ 1*400 to achieve a length of more than 500 meters. The current production efficiency is 2-10 m/min, and the product qualification rate is> 98%.
